Our Founder Phil Pearce sold his shares in his previous company to continue his vision in analytics. The sale of which brought in £250k which was injected into the new company; additionally a transfer of the analytics clients and the analytics employees was also negotiated and the vision was brought to life and MeasureMinds was born.

In just the first year alone a small team of 4 quickly scaled to become a team of 14. Big companies started to take notice, Vistra, Hamilton Beach, WWF, ChristianAid, Wonder, Revitive joined and the company achieved £300,000 in the first year with analytics services alone.

Year 2 has brought with it the extension of new Senior Members of the Team to include CRO and SEO service offerings. In response to Google’s discontinuation of GA3 and shift to GA4 MeasureMinds created a new free SaaS software to help with the heavy lifting of the migration. The tool is called the GTM Cleaner. key duties and responsibilities

Work with account teams to develop Pay Per Click media strategies and build out campaigns from start to finish.

Campaign setup and management for across channels, including but not limited to, Google and Bing.

Support and collaborate with the team to create successful, cross channel campaigns.

Execute paid media optimizations based on performance and client goals and objectives.

Manage daily, monthly and lifetime campaign budgets.

Manage multiple paid media accounts simultaneously.

Ensure all campaigns have measurable, trackable goals in place.

Track, report, and analyze performance data to communicate key takeaways and ongoing opportunities for improvement

Work closely with the account management team to ensure goals are met through paid media channels.

Ensure processes are followed and any roadblocks or issues are resolved. Demonstrate an understanding of your client’s business context in your day-to-day communications with them and with your team.

Identify opportunities for increasing advertising budget and retained work. Continually improve knowledge and skill sets in existing and emerging Paid Media platforms and technologies.

Required Key Skills and Education

Comfortable working with both a team and independently managing a portfolio of clients.

Strong ad copy-writing skills that follow best practices.

Able to efficiently communicate creative vision to a design team. Direct experience working in Google Ads and Bing platforms.

Deep understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or programmatic advertising is desirable.

Current Google Ads and Analytics Certifications, Microsoft Ads/Bing desirable.

Proficiency with Google Docs; Google Tag Specialist, Marketing Automation Systems or other technical skills a plus.

Proficient in Google Data Studio a plus.

Ability to implement tags and scripts and set up event tracking within Google Tag Specialist a plus.

Have clear team and client communication on a day-to-day basis. Ability to review data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations.

Ability to switch-task when needed and juggle multiple projects.

Track record of consistently meeting deadlines as well as co worker and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Managing clients’ digital analytics platform
Providing consultative services to help inform and implement digital strategies
Conducting regular in-depth analytics audits and creating presentable strategic plans in order to optimise clients’ websites
Ensuring clients’ web analytics tools are optimised and implemented correctly, additionally advising on best practice
Monitoring clients’ campaigns and providing technical recommendations in a digestible way
Executing analytics training programmes both in-house and to small teams

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with clients to meet their demands
  • Proficient at conducting in-depth analytics audits and creating presentable strategic plans in order to optimise clients’ websites
  • Possess technical ability to develop a suite of insight dashboards and reports within Google Analytics for enterprise level clients
  • Experience in delivering programmes efficiently, on time and within budget
  • Ability to identify programme challenges and opportunities and deal with them accordingly
  • Experience in delivering existing analytics training programmes both in-house and to small teams
