Senior Insights & CRO Specialist (Remote)
Working with a fast-growing, innovative business in Bristol. The dynamic company MeasureMinds are looking to recruit an energetic and commercially savvy Senior CRO Insight Analyst. This is an autonomous role, so you must be a self-starter and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
The Senior Insight Analyst will support the analytics needs of the company by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools, business intelligence tools, and other internal reporting. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the production of weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, clickstream analytics.
The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills and have the ability to work cross functionally with team members across the business. You will be passionate about understanding customer behaviours and the customer journey and continuously trying to improve the digital channels through the business.
Dig deep in to the data and provide actionable insights, identifying new opportunities
Deliver reports and recommendations to the marketing team & other departments
Build a variety of reports and dashboards in Datstudio or Power BI
Utilise online and offline data for funnel analysis
Understand customer behaviours and build in-depth knowledge of the entire customer base
Present your findings back in an easily digestible way to all levels of stakeholders
Conversion Rate Optimisation – implementing and evaluating A/B tests
Strong Web Analytics experience
Google Analytics experience is essential Universal & GA4
Google Datastudio, essential
GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Optimize, essential
Power BI knowledge is desirable
SQL skills are of interest
Knowledge of testing and optimisation with Google Optimize
Excellent presentation skills
Optimizely, Crazy egg, or Microsoft Clarity would be advantageous but not essential.

Comfortable working with both a team and independently managing a portfolio of clients.
Strong ad copy-writing skills that follow best practices.
Able to efficiently communicate creative vision to a design team. Direct experience working in Google Ads and Bing platforms.
Deep understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or programmatic advertising is desirable.
Current Google Ads and Analytics Certifications, Microsoft Ads/Bing desirable.
Proficiency with Google Docs; Google Tag Specialist, Marketing Automation Systems or other technical skills a plus.
Proficient in Google Data Studio a plus.
Ability to implement tags and scripts and set up event tracking within Google Tag Specialist a plus.
Have clear team and client communication on a day-to-day basis. Ability to review data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations.
Ability to switch-task when needed and juggle multiple projects.
Track record of consistently meeting deadlines as well as co worker and client expectations.
